HUBLI: During the monsoon off season, the North-West Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) has slashed the bus fare from different cities and towns in its operating area to Bangalore.The discount in the fare is applicable to Rajahamsha deluxe buses also, stated an NWKRTC release.The details of revised fares are as follows: Bijapur Rs 350 (earlier fare Rs 410), Hubli Rs 300 (Rs 361), Karwar via Sagar Rs 350 (Rs 462), Karwar via Haveri Rs 350 (Rs 454), Belgaum Rs 330 (Rs 441), Kolhapur Rs 410 (Rs 518), Sorab Rs 250 (Rs 311), Jamakhandi Rs 425 (Rs 454), Gokarna Rs 370 (Rs 418), Kumata Rs 350 (Rs 397), Bhatkal Rs 390 (Rs 413), Dandeli Rs 350 (Rs 416), Dharwad Rs 320 (Rs 378), Muddebihal Rs 330 (Rs 422), Talikoti Rs 340 (Rs 451), Hunagunda Rs 320 (Rs 384) and Ilkal Rs 310 (Rs 374).Apart from this, the NWKRTC has also extended discount of 5 per cent for the reservation of four seats and another 10 per cent discount on return tickets.
