Belgaum: The Union Ministry of Urban Development has selected Belgaum city for infrastructure development works under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) scheme.
Announcing this here on Monday, Suresh C. Angadi, BJP MP, said the Centre had decided to provide Rs. 650 crore for various works, which include drinking water supply and road development.
