Hubli gets four-star hotel

HUBLI: Clarks Inn, a hotel with four-star facilities, was added to the list of luxury hotels in Hubli on Wednesday.
Legislative Assembly Speaker Jagadish Shettar inaugurated the hotel in the presence of Sri Gurusiddha Rajayogindra Swamiji.
Addressing presspersons, managing director of Clarks Inn Group of Hotels Anoop Kumar said the hotel in Hubli was the group’s second in Karnataka apart from the one near Bengaluru International Airport.
He said the new hotel would a have a vegetarian restaurant, “Saatvik”, and a multi-cuisine restaurant, “The Bridge”.
The hotel also had an executive bar, “Cloud 9”, apart from a swimming pool, he said.
Mr. Kumar said the group had a chain of hotels across the country and would be expanding in the coming years. It also had plans to start a hotel management institute.
He said the group had gone in for a management tie-up with the Vinayak Group for running the hotel.
