It is estimated that the Project at Hubli would require an investment of around Rs.33.20 crores including up-front Land Premium, land development and construction costs of Bus Station and commercial development, cost for obtaining approvals for commercial development, interest during construction, financing charges, price contingencies, pre-operative expenses of the Project.
The following are the salient features of the conceptual design of the proposed Bus
Station, which is enclosed in Annexure 4 of this PIM:
• 38 bus bays to meet peak requirements till 2024
• Passenger amenities like waiting areas, toilets, bathrooms etc
• Waiting rooms for men and women
• Entrance lobby with reservation counters, ATM and security kiosks
• Restaurant & shops
• First Aid room and pharmacy
• Cloak room and parcel office
• NWKRTC Station office & crew rest rooms
• Yatri nivas
• Basement vehicle parking for cars and 2-wheelers
• Auto-rickshaw lanes
